Darkfield Microscopy is another invaluable tool in early disease detection. This is a technique that allows physicians to observe the form and motion of blood components, including living organisms such as mycoplasma. Mycoplasma are extremely small microorganisms present in one form or another in everyone and active in the blood of many persons with cancer. Smaller than DNA, mycoplasma are cell-wall deficient and therefore able to easily evolve into different forms. Often called pleomorphs (form changing), they are normally able to hide away in the body.
Using a Darkfield microscope to look at live blood cells, an experienced physician can observe the changes in platelets caused by mycoplasma that are predictive of or evidence of cancer. Some alternative cancer clinics using Darkfield Microscopy report that they see evidence that mycoplasma are highly active in 80% of their cancer patients. (Mycoplasma are also implicated in the autoimmune process, playing a role in conditions such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.) The forms that the pleomorphs take and the extent of damage they do to blood cells correlates with the stage a cancer or other disease is in. With this information some alternative physicians create immune-stimulating anti-cancer vaccines produced from the patient's own blood.
These diagnostic techniques are safe and very effective. Properly trained doctors using them can see cancer coming years before any presently available conventional methods. "Early detection" is not the best protection: preventative medicine is. This is true healthcare, as opposed to our present system of sick care. But early detection is important, especially in cancer, because it gives patients many more options for treatment and cure than mutilating and debilitating surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Yet alternative techniques are being used by only a tiny percentage of doctors in this country.

Who Decides What Drugs Are Forced on Children?
If the FDA were truly a servant of the people and not of the pharmaceutical companies, no drug would ever be approved for human consumption. The nation would not suffer the diseases or the financial burden caused by these vile products. The drug companies would suffer: but the American people would flourish.
USA Today reports that last year the pharmaceutical industry "faced the most product liability lawsuits of any other industry"-17, 027 suits more than all other industries with significant liability suits combined: 3,236 (Manufacturing); 2,875 (Chemicals); 2,717 (Construction); 2,636 (Financial services); and 1,926 (Insurance). "The lawsuits," says researcher Thomson West, "raise questions about whether drugmakers and the FDA pay ample attention to patient safety. Since 2000, more than 65,000 product liability lawsuits have been filed against prescription drugmakers, the most of any industry." No one even knows how many people have died as a result.
The fact that FDA does not prevent lethal drugs from being brought to market and that FDA allows such drugs to be aggressively advertised-even when their deadly effects are known to the FDA-have resulted in such lethal drugs to become the most profitable blockbusters. The profitability of lethal drugs has encouraged companies to market toxic drugs.
The fact is the profits far outweigh the cost of defending against product liability law suits.
One also notices the high rate of recidivism among the companies that are repeatedly found in violation of federal and state laws-nothing is done to stop the (at times) criminal violations. Why is this industry given so much privilege when its modus operandi cause preventable deaths and injury?
Dr. Aubrey Blumsohn, who blew the whistle on the misrepresentation of clinical trial data from Proctor & Gamble's osteoporosis drug, Actonel, has created an internet blog posting documents not usually seen by the public:

In 1999 "Big Pharma" went to the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and got permission to advertise drugs, drugs, and more drugs directly to the American consumer. Their intent, as it became obvious, was two things: (1) sell more drugs to the American consumer, and, (2) control the media, especially US television.
In the United States as a whole, drug companies shell out $8 billion to advertise directly to consumers on the television and print media. But that is small potatoes when it comes to what they spend on marketing to physicians to spread their message that drugs are the answer to all health care problems.
They spend 400 percent more, or $16 billion each year, to directly influence doctors. That is $10,000 for every single physician in the United States. In reality, the average amount is even somewhat higher, since they don't bother to spend much money on doctors who practice natural medicine and won't prescribe their toxic drugs
