Dr. Paul Offit of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia earned at least $29 million as part of a $182-million sale by the hospital of its worldwide royalty interest in the Merck Rotateq vaccine. The amount of income distributed to Offit could be as high as $46 million. Offit has refused to say how much he made from the vaccine.

Of course, all of this begs the question, can someone’s vote on an “independent” safety board be trusted when there is $30 million at stake? Would Dr. Offit, or anyone for that matter, truly be an unbiased voice of safety? Or would they be swayed by this hidden motivation?

Expert Believes Infants Can Tolerate 10,000 Vaccines

Dr. Offit then goes on to explain that a young infant is fully capable of generating protective humoral and cellular immune responses to multiple vaccines simultaneously. He then uses some physiological immune facts to come to the outrageous conclusion that an infant would have the theoretical capacity to respond to about 10, 000 vaccines at any one time, and then goes on to say that this is a conservative estimate!

Passive protection conveyed by the mother is dismissed as less effective than a vaccine.

However, much research clearly documents that more protection is conferred through breast milk than through artificially-induced antibodies. Breast milk contains large quantities of secretory IgA, lysozyme-secreting macrophages, and both T- and B-lymphocytes. The lymphocytes release of gamma interferon, migration inhibition factors and monocyte chemotatic factors, all of which strengthen the intrinsic immune response of the infant. [1]

(It is known even in veterinary science that it does no good to vaccinated a young calf, under a year old as the maternal colostrum antibodies will eat up and vaccine induced antibodies, with the exception of pasteurella pneumonia vaccines during an active epidemic, which many cows have not had exposure to especially when isolated in free - range pastures). Thats why vaccines failures are high in an infant under one year, and there is evidence that when revaccinated after one year, because the infant was vaxed to early, then the introduction of new vaccines after one year have a higher failure rate as well. The body, (immune system) thus altready knows and has been trained, as to what is supposed to be there and not! Then the CDC touts that some people just can not be immunized by vaccines, and it doesn't take, thus we need herd immunity.
